Hello, food blogger here who has always struggled with writing more than "this recipe is good. okay. here it is" - years ago, food bloggers were told they had to write so many words before the first picture, after that picture, etc. for search engine optimization. Basically, if you don't do it, your blog is never going to show up in the first pages of a search engine and it'll never go anywhere. So that's why bloggers write a freaking novel. Also food bloggers were told if they don't connect with their readers they won't return. It's kind of obnoxious. I find you see more of the wordiness in popular food blogs, which is funny because if it annoys you, it's all you're going to find because it's what shows up when you do a Google search because it's optimized LOL

In case someone wants an easier recipe for peanut butter cookies here one is 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons of flour and chocolate chips bake at 350 for 10 mins
