You’ve inspired me to try this one, too! I always use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream in Yossy’s cake recipes and it hasn’t failed me yet😊

600mls double cream 350g kefir yoghurt..its got live cultures in it...mix together..put in a jar or container with a lid..wrap a fluffy towel round it and put in a warm place ..i put mine in the airing cupboard overnight..about 12/14 hours then put the container in your fridge to get cold and it will get thick ..its much better than what you can buy in the shop...i use mine to make a potato salad ..grate some onion add it to the cream put over cooked potatoes and sprinkle with chives..its yummy..enjoy..xx
