Looks great! Can't wait to try making! Edit: My family loved it, and so did the person I gifted some. I highly recommend trying it! If you're making it to share, you might want to make multiple portions because one is not enough. I've also edited the recipe here and there so it's a little easier to follow. Ingredients: [Crumble] Cake flour 134g Matcha powder 8g Almond flour 24g Baking powder 2.4g Butter 84g Sugar 72g Salt 1.5g [Cheesecake] Cream Cheese 200g Sugar 60g Eggs 60g Vanilla Extract 4g Corn starch 10g Thickened cream 80g [To decorate] Oreos 1. Soften the butter and cream cheese at room temperature and leave the eggs to come to room temperature. 2. Preheat the oven to 175°C. 3. Line a loaf pan with baking paper. The baking paper should reach higher than the edges of the pan for easy removal later. 4. Sift together matcha powder, cake flour, almond flour, salt and baking powder. (Note: The dry ingredients may make a mess if you start off with the mixer, so use a spoon or spatula to mix first.) 5. Mix the sugar with the softened butter until well combined. 6. Sift in the dry mixture and mix thoroughly. 7. When no dry clumps remain, make crumbles of the desired size by kneading and loosening them with your hands. 8. Sprinkle half of the crumbles in the pan. Press them down firmly with your hands. 9. Mix the sugar with cream cheese in a bowl until the sugar is fully dissolved. 10. Beat the eggs in another bowl before adding them to the cheesecake batter. Mix together thoroughly. 11. Add the cornstarch to the batter and mix again, followed by thickened cream and vanilla extract. Combine again. 12. Separate the Oreo cream and cookies. 13. Add the crushed cookies to the batter. Add as many as you want! Stir them through. 14. Pour the cheesecake mixture onto the pressed crumble. 15. Crush more Oreos and add on top of the batter. 16. Sprinkle the remaining half of the crumble evenly on top of the cheesecake batter, and decorate by sticking Oreos on top. 17. Bake at 175°C for 30 minutes. 18. Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the mold. 19. Take it out of the mold and put in the freezer until hardened. (~2 hours is enough.) 20. Cut and serve.
