Good morning everyone!...all those goodies!...I think I gained 5 lbs just watching today!!! How nice you got a bit of snow! My son & family live in NC and the boys get so excited to see snow...they love to slide! Almost 2 weeks into the new year and already seems to be flying by so fast! I particularly like Psalm 8 today...something enriching to ponder on as I go thru the day; thanks for sharin' with us! I listen when people read to me but I always seem to feel the words more deeply when I can look at them and read them myself so thank you for printing them...I know it takes more time and effort for you but I do appreciate that! Off to see what awaits me this day🙂 Keep the Faith, Always, Hope

Amy, you don’t know how much your videos mean to me. I love watching, especially the cooking ones. I also love seeing your beautiful children in them. I am currently having some medical issues that are yet to be diagnosed, so I have been going back and watching older episodes again. They help my Anxiety when I am hearing about, waiting for all these tests, etc. It’s refreshing to see a wholesome, down to earth, loving family. I also love seeing Maxine, Ruby, and the cats. I am an animal lover! I’m jealous of the snow. We have only had 1 storm up here in NY... Thank you for sharing your life. Brie

GM Amy How beautiful you reading this particular psalm with it snowing in the background and all the glory of His nature. Yes His name is majestic and His creations. But after thinking a minute, you probably knew the two would be great together. Thank you. Your breakfast and desserts were absolutely looking scrumptious. Wonderful ways to use the applesauce. Love it. I had to laugh because you reminded me of myself ....I’m a taster. All I want or need is a little taste of this n that. My family laughs too but they’re happy as after my taste, they get the rest. Lol! Have a fantastic and blessed day.

Good looking breakfast !! I love my bundt pan! I only make cakes from scratch, and I'm always looking for new recipes!! Your applesauce cake sounds delicious. I've used applesauce to replace butter/ oil before. I've found my baked goods just a bit on the rubbery side when I've done that though, so now I do half fat, half applesauce, and it's much better, but that's just me! I found an orange cranberry bundt cake recipe and made it for new Year Eve. It was DELICIOUS!! I made an orange butter cream drizzle for it. It was history in no time flat!

Hi Amy! The applesauce cakes are a great way to get extra nutrition into your kids and less fat. Fabulous! Finding a way to reduce the sugar and you’ve hit the perfect healthy cake lol. Thank you so much for sharing the recipes, I never write them down but I’ll come back to find them when I’m baking again. I’ve decided I need to make bread and bake more often this year and perfect my skills. There’s on,y two of us here so baking is lethal, especially when your trying to reduce some of the middle age spread you’ve gained since menopause lol. Hugs to you all and enjoy the snow whilst it’s there, we are forcAst possible snow for a while but they say the weather pattern is particularly odd in Scotland just now so I’ll just need to wait and see... we are in full lockdown still only necessary amenities allowed to be open and we are to keep in doors as the figures are rising quickly with the new strains of COVID so maybe I should just bake and keep myself busy. Lol x
