Wheat Vermicelli Pudding (Mauritian Poudine Vermicelle)
Ingredients
250g wheat vermicelli (not roasted one)
1½ tbsp ghee
1 tsp almond pieces (optional)
2 tbsp raisins
1 tsp ground cardamom (elaiti)
1 cinnamon stick
3 cups water
1 cup liquid milk
1 cup sugar (to be added lastly)
Desiccated coconut to sprinkle (optional)
