Although counter point, during this clip around 6:16 we are shown an instance where Masquerade took off the mask and the entire outfit changed over to Alice's dress. At around 7:03 and 7:20 we are shown Alice putting on Masquerade's mask and her dress and pajamas respectively converting to Masquerade's outfit.

There would literally be no way any other villains or antagonists could beat that trio, especially the way drago kept evolving, Helios’ absurd potential and technology, and the fact that hydranoid was essentially a stronger version of drago that had to be nerfed for plot and likely would’ve kept evolving .

Alice was never around when Masquerade was, even during the battle where Dan and Drago were sent to the Doom Dimension. Someone was leaking info to Masquerade, yet they could never identify who. Joe, their website's manager basically, never once said that he saw any suspicious activity on their website. And while there was an illegal download of their battle files that was discovered by Marucho, they never identified who did it or how. With Alice being Masquerade, it immediately explains everything. Alice was never around when Masquerade was because she was him. Info wasn't being leaked as Masquerade was always there, learning everything and watching their moves. The download was likely a means to throw them off Masquerade's trail in identifying Masquerade's true identity as it would leave them to believe that Masquerade was working from the outside.

On the surface a defenseless girl who hates fighting but is a damn good strategist. Underneath a blood knight obsessed with winning and the strongest brawler for most of season 1. All in all a tsundere who can be sweet or blow into two your bakugan out of petiness. Alice/Masquerade in a nutshell.

Alice is probably the only main character who speaks English fluently with an American accent, all the others: Dan, Runo, Julie, Shun and Marucho all speak English fluently as well but with a Canadian accent. Also Alice is probably the only European main character in the series, all the others are Japanese.

This was probably the one plottwist I had a slight suspicion about back as a kid, Alice has been appearing for so long in the series as a part of the Brawlers despite not having a bakugan and them missing a Darkus brawler. Didn't think they would pull a reverse trap though, an interesting take on it as well since the character design of Alice makes it hard to notice her exact bodyshape making her less of a suspect making the twist feel really good if you noticed the possibility and a huge mindblower if you didn't

I don't think it actually changed her gender. The big coat and metal plate were hiding any feminine features. It did change her hair and voice though. Granted I also heard the original Japanese dub so it could have just been the same actress doing a male impression for all I know.
