We downloaded the instruction manual (which did not come with our travel trailer) and it was vague and confusing. The directions make absolutely no sense. They want you to take it back to the dealer which isn't always convenient. They could do a better job with troubleshooting. Would avoid this type of camper from now on.

I have this system on our 2017 Keystone Montana 305RL. A total POS!

Why do you say that? All 4 slides in our 2013 Montana HC work fine.

I have this on my 2018 keystone carbon, not at all impressed with it. The living room bump out gear box went out right after the three year warranty expired, now it’s a $1000 fix at the dealership. 🤬
