I could raise my legs into the seated twist with push exercize, getting stronger!

Great workout. You're great at motivating. I struggle on the knees with press ups but placing a towel really helped.

Brilliant - loved this session. I think, in some exercises, I need a slightly heavier weight, 3kgs were my heavy weights but I’m finding I need those ones for what I would usually do for the lighter exercises. I have a 5kgs so, I think I’ll try those next time. Press ups argh 😫 slowly does it, can’t get many done in the timeframe but, we build 💪 thank you 😊

Brilliant, the on the mat twist with a weigh exercise was tough, I really struggled to keep my feet off the floor, wobbling all over 😂

Really don’t like press up & I know it’s because I’m not doing them properly. After this plan I am going to do your press up video so I can get to a place where I don’t struggle so much with them.
