Thank you for creating these videos. I was so curious about Motr and these videos made me take the leap and order. This gives me faith in home Pilates even without a reformer.

OMG, this workout is seriously cool. I just got my MOTR recently and have tried to find as many MOTR workouts as possible. Had no idea MOTR could be used in "Suitcase Carry Mode" but I absolutely LOVE IT.

Loved this workout, very creative. I recommend warming up your upper back first, kind of pulled my left rhomboid with the standing rotational chest press

Hi Eileen! Thank you for your feedback! In my regular classes there is always a good warm-up. For KZbin I try to keep it short and sweet for time, but I definitely understand! 🙏 Remember, the resistance you choose is totally up to you. Thanks again for sharing your time with me!

Hi, lovely workout. I am considering to purchase the motr, however, I wonder how much resistance it provides, can you adjust the resistance level?

Hi Tiffanie! Thank-you! Yes, there are adjustments. The lightest adjustment is 3 pounds and heaviest is 9 pounds, simply by pressing in the buttons on the MOTR Arm. You'll find you will rarely use resistance of 9 pounds. Feel free to click the link in my caption to learn more about it. It's definitely a favorite piece of mine considering I live in a small space. And it's super portable. 😃
