This full body pilates workout is a well-rounded routine that will leave your whole body feeling amazing when you are done! In addition to sculpting and toning the body, these movements will help you find some mobility and flexibility. These pilates exercises are great for beginner and intermediate levels since modifications are always an option.
Throughout the class, the use of your core will be key in performing these movements effectively and with the most benefit. It’ll be important to remind yourself that your core is your powerhouse, so you’ll want to focus on core engagement and the use of the breath!
This pilates full body workout is part of a Pilates Sculpt & Tone 30-Day series, but you do not need to do the series to complete this workout. It’s perfect as a standalone pilates full body routine as well. It’s ideal for both beginner and intermediate levels.
