Balanced Body MOTR| Total Body Pilates Workout- 30 Minutes
(Quadruped Madness (i.e. All 4's)) 😉
This class places emphasis on lower body strength and power, however, it will also require a significant amount of upper body support! With all the elements, I chalk it up to a total body Pilates workout! Be ready for a bit of weight-bearing on those hands and modify as needed! Not recommended for those with sensitive wrists, but if you feel you're up for the challenge, go for it and do what you can!
