I have lost 15 kg in just 70 days...by doing cardio and light weight lifting and all...with the balanced diet of.,rice.,veggies.,potato.,eggs ,chicken,fish leaves and all....200 gm of protein and 140 of carbs...instead of doing keto.,do this kind of .,which is healthier and you will get energy.,those who are loosing weight without cardio .,personally I don’t think it’s good...work well and get energy

Sree Mol weight loss is depends up on your metabolic strength. can’t say with in 10 days you can reduce 10kg. do intermittent fasting and exercise is the fastest way to reduce weight

ഞാൻ മൂന്ന് മാസമായി ഡയറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നു ഇപ്പൊ കുറച്ചു ദിവസമായി കറക്റ്റ് ഫോളോ ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുന്നില്ല രാവിലെയും ഉച്ചക്കും lchf food തന്നെ കഴിക്കുന്നു ഡിന്നർ ചില ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ബ്രെഡ്‌ പൊറോട്ട കഴിക്കേണ്ടി വരുന്നു ഡയറ്റ് ബാലൻസ് ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ട് പോകണമെന്നാണ് ആഗ്രഹം നിങ്ങളുടെ വീഡിയോ മുഴുവൻ കണ്ടു വളരെ ഉപകാരമായി എന്റെ സംശയം കുറച്ചു അന്നജങ്ങൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി ഡയറ്റ് ബാലൻസ് ചെയ്തു പോകുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ബട്ടർ ഉൾപെടുത്താമോ അതോ ബട്ടർ പൂർണ്ണമായും ഒഴിവാക്കണമോ ?? വിശദമായ മറുപടി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു
