Yes you are very 100% ✔.... Entry to keto adaptation only after a week.weight loss depends on the metabolism of person... A normal humans body metabolism works very easily than others with hormonal issue... Personally I got adapted into keto after 2 to 3 weeks...later I was able to take intermittent fasting....

എനിക്കിപ്പോൾ 82 കിലോ വെയ്റ്റ് ഉണ്ട്. പത്തുദിവസമായി ഞാൻ ഈ ഡയറ്റ് തുടങ്ങിയിട്ട്. പക്ഷേ ഭാരം ഒട്ടും കുറഞ്ഞിട്ടില്ല. ഞാൻ ഒരു ഡയബറ്റിസ് രോഗിയല്ല പക്ഷെ ഒരു മാസം മുമ്പ് ബ്ലഡ് ചെക്ക് ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ കോളസ്ട്രോളിൽ ട്രൈഗ്ലിസിഡ് ഏതാണ്ട് മൂന്നൂറ് വരെയുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.(ഏതാണ്ട് പത്തുവര്ഷത്തോളമായി ബ്ലഡ് ചെക്ക് ചെയുമ്പോൾ എല്ലാം കൊളസ്ട്രോളിന്റെ അളവ് കൂടുതൽ ആയിട്ടാണ് കാണുന്നത്) അതുകൊണ്ടു ഫാറ്റി ഫുഡ് കഴിക്കാൻ ഒരു ഭയം പക്ഷെ ലോ കാർബ്‌ ഫുഡ് ആണ് ഞാൻ കഴിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ ഡയറ്റിൽ ഹൈ ഫാറ്റ് ആണ് ഉപയോഗിക്കേണ്ടതും. കൊളോസ്റ്റ്രോൾ കൂടുമോ എന്നൊരു ശങ്ക എന്നെ ഈ ഡയറ്റ് പിന്തുടരുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും പിന്നോട്ട് വലിക്കുന്നു. ഒരു മറുപടി പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു. എൻ ബി . താങ്കളുടെ തെലിഗ്രാം ഗ്രൂപ്പ് ആഡ് ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കുന്നില്ല. പലപ്പോഴായുള്ള ശ്രമം പരാജയപ്പെടുകയാണ്.

Hi its 5 th day keto deit. I checked with strip and i m in ketotosis. As you told i m. Planning to do 1st week 3 meal. 2nd week intermittent fasting and from 3rd week 3 meal 2 meal. Now in 3 meal with buttercoffe and beaf and suggested food items i m able to get 160g fat - 190g fat. if i go for 2 meal then how ll i stick to this fat ratio. ? If we once enter to ketosis is it not necessary to maintain the prescribed fat?? Pls reply

പച്ചമാങ്ങയും ,പച്ച ചക്ക, അച്ചാർ ( വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ) കഴിക്കാൻ പറ്റുമോ? രണ്ട് ആഴ്ച്ച കൊണ്ട് 11 കിലോ കുറഞ്ഞു.
