The Single Malt is a wonderful world whiskey. I tried a recent festival cask-strength pick and immediately went back the next day for 3 more. I don't do that often. Keep up the great work Balcones. And maybe put a pronunciation guide on the bottle; everyone I talked to in TX kept calling it Bal-cones.... ;-)
