I cut out sugar and gluten, and all im eating is good fats good protein and greens. Feeling so much better mentally. Like i used to do after a good workout but all the time now.

From my experience, a lot of foreign cultures are extremely welcoming. I learned from my time in italy where the best restaurant in town was, met the owner who was the friend of the man I was talking to, and then spent 3 hours drinking, eating amazing seafood, and learning the owners whole life story

I think the magic of Bald's videos comes from the fact that he does not have a professional crew filming him and editing his videos. A TV or Netflix show would come with scripts, staged scenes and edited (cut) videos. I wouldn't like those.
