Think about this, regarding the little girl on the bus filming herself: she is close to, if not living in a war zone. It's the dead of winter in North East Ukraine, probably 15 degrees F, every plant life is dead, the sky is gray (likely has been for months), ground covered in inches of snow ... yet still she smiles bright and finds beauty in her environment. Pretty powerful stuff.

@Sad snake baking sand cake The one I can remember off hand is a guy names Andrew Princeton (Possibly misspelled the name) getting a head massage in India. The video may be called The Head Massage, but I'm not sure. The video is grainy and rough, with little in the way of nice presentation. The challenge is that finding those older videos now is getting tougher. The way KZbin organizes videos, it seems that the older ones get buried. I've noticed a lot of old videos I used to see are impossible to find, if they're still on here at all.

The mural on the destroyed building on 18:05 isn't a random lady. She's a local teacher of Ukrainian literature, she used to teach it for years. Her husband's got injured 20 meters away from the building, and their flat is just in the building nearby, facing the frontline. I think this gives a strong symbolic message, especially considering her profession. P.S. Mural was made by Australian painter

I agree, he gives you a feel for what it's like for the average person living there. When I was in high school, mid 80s, I always did reports exploring the life of average people in different places or times in history. The teachers hated that. They just wanted to hear the stats. When did this country exist, who ruled it, what type of government and did they have or the war history. Yea, that stuff is important but I was, and still am, more interested in the lives of average people. What is it like to live there? Bald captures the lives of average people and I love that.

As someone with social anxiety these videos just blow my mind. Keeps filming after being told to stop, gets the taxi driver to wait in the car while he’s exploring buildings. Literally everything this man does would give me a full on panic attack but I absolutely love the almost innocent lack of social awareness. Yet he’s so likeable and friendly to the locals!

@@Genevasplaytime When talking about Rain, New York probably has more ''Torrential Rainfall'' but as for Rain overall, It rains far more over here in England I have been to New York and was caught in the rain over their, it was coming down Fast! compared to how gently it sometimes rains here. It's just different to here in the UK where we can expect rain and grey skies most of the time, It's better to have more torrential rain in one short spell, then to just continually see grey sky's and be in what is overall a very rainy atmosphere.. people from the UK don't just moan about the weather for no reason, and theirs's probably a reason why people from Barcelona or Miami do not moan about the weather, because whether someone is in New York or the East, seeing blue clear skies with a warm temperature is almost guaranteed to make you feel Happy, and as another user said looking up and seeing grey all the time well It can make you depressed, but being in a place where it's warmer more often, well you are more likely to stay Happier.

@@بێزۆرگتێربۊرگێر From what I've gathered, the name Artemivsk came from the nickname of a Bolshevik leader , Artyom. In 2015, the Ukranian government under Poroshenko signed a law that forced towns with Communist names to get renamed. Apparently, Bakhmut was the original name, and Artemvisk came up in 1924. Correct me if I am wrong, though.
