Astarion finally finding the word equal is so wholesome. Cazador and even Cazador's master believed that there were no such thing as equals, only masters and slaves. Very obviously, Astarion did not fall into the first category. So he dedicates his new life to gain power over others so he would never have to bend to the whim of others ever again. So him realizing that he can be someone's equal is nothing short of revolutionary. And so. damn. deserved.

@Novia5555 You need to take him to the Cazador fight and after you win the fight you need to persuade Astarion to not complete the ritual. You lose some bonus but Astarion remain himself.
