Man that death shepherd fight was SO tough for me. I basically ended up fighting with only Shadowheart and Gale because Astarion and my monk died pretty early on. Fight took over half an hour, I ended up killing three of them by having Gale run by them with heat shield cast on him, and when they all opportunity attacked him, they took fire damage and died.
