okokokok soo i've consumed an UNHEALTHY amount of baldurs gate 3 content along with sinking countless hours into this game myself, but... 1. throwing the fucking magic box until it explodes has never crossed my mind and i LOVE that it works 2. Lae'zel not knowing the pronounciation of comming words is fucking adorable 3. this game is incredible oh also 4. yes Lae'zel is combat-sexual, kill enough stuff and she basically jumps on you, but her character arc is one of the best I've ever seen so if you stick it out till the end you'll probably be quite surprised!

Rewatching these videos for probably sixth time because Senpai's reaction is absolutely hilarious. In my first campaign of Baldur's Gate 3, Lae'zel and Astarion got on my bad side because I am too kind person-- also 'accidentally' killed Astarion when he came to try and drink off of my Tav as I mistook the [melee option] to an intimidation like how in the first time you meet Astarion. I know this is extra extra late now, but in the context of Gale I play as a Bard and basically got him already almost at max relation by: doing magic with him in the conversations, giving him a magic relic the INSTANT I saw the Arcane Hunger on him, and being a goody two shoes(to a point). I actually managed to beat Nere without having to fight him. I told the gnomes I had black powder and they left, and I went directly to camp to heal. When I came back ready to blow the rocks up, the path was open and Nere was already dead XD All I did then was cut his head off and went back to looting everything :)

1) as a person who started romancing Lae'zel in early access out of spite for people who hate her (for being a mean, not hot woman mostly), I saw that (unfinished) sex scene as my gith barbarian and it fucking sent me for a good fifteen minutes irl 2) the really cool thing about Omelium and Blurg is that the Society of Brilliance is a real thing in the actual canon. I'm running Out of the Abyss, the Underdark Module, and they feature as friendly random encounters. While OotA's Blurg is an orog (elf/orc hybrid) and their ilithid is Grasilaxx, the whole Society is full of high INT monstrous races including a derro, a kuo-toa, and a troglodite. Being in the underdark (even in EA) was delightful and i was so excited to see my friends in the Society 3) aside from Gale (whose approval skyrockets if you feed him), Lae'zel is the easiest companion to get to a romance point. If you take her to talk to Zorru or you see the gith by the mountain pass, she full on just gets so much approval she wants to bone and that's so funny to me. Woman knows what she likes and it's power and not sharing.

With my very first character to get to Grymforge, I hadn't had a single character actually die up that point. Gale, at full health, got shoved by a Duergar Barbarian straight into that lava and died on the next round. I even had Karlach jump in to try and save him, but the lava did too much damage for him to survive even after having a big health potion thrown on him.
