After being abducted by an Illithid and stored away for implantation, Nerys wakes up during an attack to find herself freed from her pod. There is only one thing on her mind: escape.

Great stuff today. The enemy AI will often pick on whoever has the lowest AC, that's probably why Wyll bore the brunt of those battles.

Yep, poor Wyll. 😄I like to think his reputation is known far and wide so they target him as their biggest challenge. 🤣 He seems to have had the least story so far. Hoping that will change once we get to the city.

@@levanafay Yes, most of Wyll's personal quest takes place in Baldur's Gate itself.

So, having all of those summons does have a drawback; they make it difficult for the other party members to follow properly. 😆

Summons can be very useful but it's sometimes a pain in the ass trying to navigate a big group around the map. I recently did a run as a Spore Druid with Gale as a Necromancer, trying to use as many summons as possible. At any given time there were 8 or more summons/undead running around the battlefield, mostly just missing their attacks and getting in the way lol. I ended up abandoning that playthrough mid-Act 2 because it felt like I was constantly herding cats, and the combat became pretty tedious and frustrating 😩

@ Circle of Spores is a pretty unique druid subclass....basically turns you into Sovereign Glut, raising slain enemies with mushroom powers. 😄
