I’ll just never get over the rhymes, flow, and punchlines of Wyll’s verse. “Warlock” into “Door’s Locked” (Warlocks have access to Knock spell) “Warlock” rhyme continues into “…Mizora’s a sore spot”, which is crazy because they’re rhyming “OR-OCK” from “Warlock” (two sounds, multisyllabic rhymes) with Miz-(OR)-ah, one internal rhyme just with her name, then SORE (OR) SPOT (OCK) for the end of the bar, all while remaining coherent to Wyll’s character. I could go on for the entire thing, but I’ll just say without meaning to be mean, they’re sleeping on this verse and I don’t see the reason. (Much like the character, which is yet another perfect aspect. Very well done guys. Very meta.)

Fun fact, the original verse had “blast it in if the doors locked” which was a eldritch blast reference, to cram even more in there, but it didn’t work from a performance perspective. Sometimes you gotta make little sacrifices here and there to go fast lol. Anyway, appreciate this and thank you for listening ❤️
