Its a developer menu for LG TV's. I suggest Googling how to access the developer menu for your TV although I will warn you changing any of the settings in this menu can void your warranty which is why I don't describe how to do it here. If you just want to see the VRR information it doesn't change any settings in this menu on LG tv's, but on other brands it does so be careful with that if you do not have an LG TV.
