Baldurs Gate 3 Best Mods Patch 7 Mod Manager

Are any of the Origin mods good? What about the Background mods? I saw the Vampire_Origin, Werewolf_Origin under Races.Noticed Vampire Origin is Basically number 4 on the Races Type selection and the Werewolf_Origin is 13. Also saw Werewolfbackground at 15 and Quickk's 5e Werewolf Background there as well at 19.
