Ballcap Sewing on HAPPY HCR3 Multi-Head Embroidery Machines

Hi, I will like to know if it is the same mode of installing a cap for the happy HCG 1206 45TTC. I have been struggling with the installation, I wouldn't mind if there is a video showing its cap installation. Thank you

Hello, the setup for this machine for ballcaps is different from the HCG 1206. The HCG 1206 requires the removal of the long tubular sash, and replacement with a similarly-long tubular sash that the cap drivers will be attached to. These sashes are installed with 3mm hex screws or similarly-sized thumbscrews. On the new HCR3-1504 shown here, the cap drivers are mounted by shorter sashes that are long enough to accommodate 2 drivers each (installation is easier this way) with thumb screws.
