Thank you, that was a very enjoyable session, I do love alternating a slightly more cardio day between the classic classes, and as an ex-ballet dancer in my 50s it is a lovely trip down memory lane. Many thanks 🙂

That was a good work out, thank-you 😊 Very old ballet memory must have kicked in because I found the one leg jumps easier with alternating the legs.

You're so welcome! Lovely to hear how much you enjoy this one- it’s one of my favourites albeit difficult for me to talk and jump! 🩰❤️🤗

This workout really got my heart pumping! Great cardio. Had to modify towards the end of the workout as my back doesn't like the jumping so much, but easily adjusted to similar moves without so much jumping. Thank you! --Jan

Wow Rachel Did this one this morning & it was great, but the 1 legged jumps were a little difficult on my weak left ankle. I got through it though. It was a good way to get heart rate up. Thank you. See you Friday.Blessings, have a great day.

Challenging - but I've never had a lot of spring in my knees. I shall persevere, though. It's tempting to stick with the things your body finds easy - hip flexion, hamstring stretches, goblet squats - in my case. Thank you for the workouts - fun to try something ballet inspired!

I love most of what you do - but this one was not for this 78 year old body. X

Had to hold a chair, and ataxia makes it very difficult to jump, let alone on one leg, so I stuck with wide leg jump with both feet for safety! Just like last time I did this one - but it made a fun switch, and definitely need cardio with these freezing 🥶 temperatures!🩰❤️ got my heart rate up, so yay!
