This is a lovely demonstration, but why do the demonstration and picture of fourth position not match?

The fourth position in the illustration is sometimes thought of as the high third position. It can also just be a different fourth position. Hope this helps

5.4.2022 יש שתי עמידות ידיים ברביעית: רביעית פתוחה ורביעית סגורה ויש מעבר מעמידה שנייה לברה- בה שניקרא "דמי סקונט" בדמי סקונט הידיים הם בגובה המותניים לצידיי הגוף נהוג לומר שיש 5 עמידות בלבד את ה"עמידת מוצא" שהיא ברה בה גם לא מכלילים כאחת מהעמידות כמו שהארבסקים ארבסק ראשון שני ושלישי לא נחשבים כחלק מעמידות הידיים. קיימים מנחים נוספים שהן חלק מכוראוגרפיות של יצירות מפורסמות של ריקודים שאין להם שם מדעי כמו הx על החזה וכדומה...

Ballet Beautiful ,I am well excited about trying your work outs, it's all amazing. giving me good results, also, I found new challenges. I will perform your custom workouts for 1 month,honestly. Would update you after that, probably I would be needing your dvds then. I am taking my time till then.

Ballet Beautiful ,Hi Mary, I would definitely buy your custom workout series. But before that I am training my body according to ballet basics. This has helped me a lot. I am doing your Full Body sculpt exercises from last 3 days along with my own little yoga. I get my muscles sore😢....what to do? Should I continue without caring for soreness or take intermittent breaks? ? Special I get my calf muscles sore due to elongations. ..

I have Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis and these motions help me with my range of motion physical therapy. I was a dancer before i had my major relapse and to the point of tears I so very much miss dancing.

Do you know the arm positions required for grade 2 ( IT 5 )checchiti ? I'm on my mum's account, but my ballet exam is coming up and I am trying to watch videos that could help me memorize my movements better 😅
