Same idea as the Tropic Marin or other brand balling method products. One of the big differences between the Aquaforest and Tropic Marin products is that the Tropic Marin version is shipped dry, while the Aquaforest version is a liquid solution.

Why are you saying this won't increase your salinity? This product will create sodium chloride as well, since it's calcium chloride and sodium bicarbonate.

yes and no ... probably needs a better expalanation in video. It wount increase salinity by just increasing sodium chloride aka creating ionic imbalance. This is flavour of balling method so it will increase salinity by simply increasing overall ocean salt content in the reef tank. That is why it is important to dose ballign in equal ammounts tldr: balling method once mixed in tank == sea salt + extra alc + calcium Granted .. for me nor anyonw my LFS services saw where ballign would cover tank consuptoion perfectly ... yo uwill allways need to do some addition of extra alk or magnesium or calk .. and thsu creatre ionic imbalance and thus still need occasional water changes. Though from my ICp experience runnign tank for 3 years on triton - I don't dose exactly all components equally and I don't have imbalance .. I just have this or that micro element shortage and need to add supplements constantly

All for reef needs to be eaten by bacteria and then it releases alk and ca 1+2+3+ like all balling method flavours makes alk and ca available immediately upon dosing. its different method. Also this is premixed and thus way cheaper than premixed a4r. a4r comes as bulk powder but so does 1+2+3+. as for price/month ... no idea.

@@Random.Thoughts21 + all for reef still needs to add mg. And that creates ionic imbalance as we cannot just add pure mg. The idea of balling is that when 3 components combine we get sea water + exta ca kh and mg that corals consume. … granted i never saw a baling tank that did not need to suplement at least 1 of major components

We sure try our best to align videos with the website, but many times these videos take weeks to produce and longer to schedule releases which doesn't always work out with in-stock.
