one thing i like about Ballistic is that even though your speed is pretty much always piss off kilometers per hour you have insane handling so you can easily make sharp turns like at 2:21 without hitting a single thing besides the air

@J Prez but slower and easier than bng
@ezassegai47934 жыл бұрын
@J Prez looks better maybe but feels much worse. Bng has much better physics and the crafts actually feel disconnected and not glued to the track like they do in the modern wipeout games.
@ezassegai47934 жыл бұрын
@J Prez "Maybe youre just bad at wipeout" Ive been playing wipeout since you werent even born. Even not having driven AG crafts yet as they do not exist we actually KNOW from experiments with floating magnets that direction changes would be the geatest challenge! So floaty physics are more accurate to that what is theoretically possible but hard to do.

This is a pc exclusive
@SinaelDOverom5 жыл бұрын
You can get a PC that can play it (and many other games) well for as low as ~$250 - watch kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z4PXkp2Foc-Fodk - they do upgrade a cheapo refurbished office PC with cheap but capable gaming GPU (I'd recommend adding another 8GB RAM to their build though, it's also cheap) And it will be enough for emulation of anything up to and including PS2/GameCube/Wii as well as playing indie games, and many modern games on modest settings.

Do you ever let off the thrust for tight turns or keep it held down the entire time?
@selarom2018 Жыл бұрын
The thrust should always be held, no matter what If you have to slow down for a turn then just slam both airbrakes preemptively but even then you should never have to do that if your airbraking is good enough
