Akoni is a high end Japanese glasses manufacturer. They may possibly manufacture Dita too as they seem somewhat similar. Either way they are both high quality titanium frames made in Japan and not owned by Luxxotica. I agree with you that the quality of the Balmain(Akoni) glasses is top notch and among, if not, the best. I have glasses from Cartier, Dita, Mykita, Zero G, Fendi, Prada, Gucci, Versace etc etc etc. All glasses from Luxxotica are relative crap except for Oakleys which are really their own brand. I thought the Wonder Boys might be too big but your video helped me see the dimensions better. Nobody else really has a video on these.

@@GoGetterscartel After some research I found out that Akoni was started from the designers at Dita and is essentially the same or a very similar company and possibly using the same Japanese contractors. I got my own Wonder Boys after this video and they are amazing. For the price the detail is amazing. I got a set of the Wonder Boy LTD with Blue Mirror lenses and Black Frames. Now I'm looking to get a set of the Wonder Boy IIs with the big black frames. Also looking to get some Akoni glasses after that but I think Balmain has more intricate designs.
