Great retro looks with modern day tech. Very clean design.

Great vintage inspired piece. Nice chatting with you at the Windup Fair in NYC. I stopped by the Baltic stall and fell head over heels for their Aquascaphe Dual Crown! Great brand!

So good to meet you in person Dan! I really like that dual crown diver from them too! Thanks for watching and commenting!

That looks great. Personally, I have no trouble getting a Myota movement.

The Miyota 9039 is as good as the Selita SW-200-1 (and whatever the equivalent ETA movement is), but it's thinner, which in this watchh probably matters. Sure, it's nice to have a movement from Switzerland, but in this instance the Miyota fits the bill perfectly.

I hear you on that. I like Miyota 9 series movements. Thanks for watching.

I’ve seen several reviews of this brand but zero personal experience with it. From what I’ve seen, it seems like a decent brand. Thanks for sharing Josh. 👍🏼

Very nice vintage diver Josh. Agree with you on the movement, I would also prefer to see a Swiss Made option here. Thank you for a great review 👍

This watch is absolutely fit for pro diving as the bezel is mil spec design. Oroginal divers from the 50s come with the exact same bezel design and marking.

For a microbrand I rather have a Miyota than any Swiss movement because they last forever and aren't fragile to hand winding like the ETA. But if the watch is over $1,000 I'd definitely want a fancier movement.

The French make some decent watches. I own this watch and also three from Yema and one from Salt.

DON'T buy any baltic watches, they are garbage. I ordered their mr01 for 605 euros, paid in full, in advance. I received the watch 7 months later. It ran 9 MINUTES per hour fast. I did not mis-type the last sentence. 9 MINUTES per hour fast, not 9 seconds. And the bor bracelet was very cheap, I have $100 watches with vastly superior bracelets. And they will not provide a return shipping label to return their garbage product. Live & learn. RUN from the GARBAGE company !

Absolutely not my experience. I have a bronze Aquascaph. It gains 3 seconds a day. The strap is not super comfortable, and I have changed it for a NATO. (I think that your watch was not regulated at the factory. It's purely a quality control issue, I would suggest.)
