Let me know I’m in Loudoun county. I’ve been looking for a reason to make the drive. I went up to ocean city on my day off on the fishing pier only caught a few skates but it felt good being out there. And a older gentleman gave me the name of a charter he was on earlier that morning $98 for and 8hr charter

I beach fish here in Panamá, the country and i never use less than 35lb of mono leader and then at least 30lb braid, if I catch a half a pound of catfish or a big snapper, i don't have to worry, i know i have the gear to reel it in. Great vid, i want to use crab but it's hard to find in bait stores and darn hard and dangerous on rocks.

In Mobile Bay I use a 80 lb leader, a 4/0 circle hook, and a 1 oz sinker with a slide wire rig. For bait I like the biggest menhaden I can find, or large live shrimp. I use a heavy 8 foot rod a 5000 Penn reel and 30 lb line. On my boat , my wife and I have had as many as three 20 lb reds on the line at at at a time.
