Thanks Studio Knit...I'm practicing learning different stitches making washcloths with the ladies from my church...I really needed a visual demonstration because my book didn't demonstrate how yarn over worked and we won't be meeting for another week and a half. So grateful for a well done, concise video!

I would love to see how to do different stitches in the round. I've been knitting for 40 years but only knew knit and pearl stitches. Right before Christmas someone posted a picture of the CUTEST pair of chunky knee socks asking if anyone knew how to make them. I have always just made up my own patterns because I don't read instructions well. Out of desperation I googled "how to make socks" and a whole new world has opened up to me and I love it! These KZbin video's have been such a blessing to me! It still takes a very long time searching to find how to video's on stitches that will work for making socks 2 at a time in the round. I am working on my second pair of socks. My third section of the cuffs are going to be this Bamboo stitch (every few inches I change the color of the yarn and the stitch. Thank you so much for your video!

I'm new to knitting. I've had a huge spool of nice knitting wool in my closet for over a year. Just staring at me with contempt every time I opened it up... But now I have already made a scarf with your lessons. And this is my third knit pattern. English, and purl (pearl?) were my first ones. I love these semi simple patterns. I hope to learn a lot more! Thank you for taking the time to share your talent with youtube, so I could find it. Lol

This stitch is so pretty! Also pleased to have finally learned what the heck "yarn over" is. I am a brand-new knitter (four weeks today!) and have already learned so much from your videos, so thank you very much for posting them! I love that you make it very clear and repeat the actions several times. I've managed a couple scarves and an ear warmer so far. Now I'm off to try to find out how best to add more yarn/another color, as well as K2tog (which, theoretically, sounds like I knit two stitches as though they are one...which, also theoretically, would be how I would do a "decrease," yeah? If not, well, hey - ideas for more tutorial vids!). I will keep coming back for more, and I have subscribed. Thank you again!
