Thank you Anna! He gives some suggestions to solve the issue ( More Speculative, Scams , Manipulative and hurts beginners in Market ). Every solution has some merits and demerits. All we need to do analysis deeply to make some changes to address the issues. NOT defame the person who shows interest to do deep analysis and present approachable solutions. It's NOT neccessary to accept as it is, we should not defame the person. Instead lets take some time to understand first in multiple angles, don't be in Reactive mode. For me it's eye opening session, i could see how it's being misused. I could see some comments that his solutions is more favourable for him. I would like to say , he has skills, money, business setup and easy to do business in those markets where security lending and borrowing system and other favorable conditions as Global village. Simply he can keep continue to do trades in Nifty (Our country) which doesn't impact much his trading strategy despite of current F&O is more Speculative in Stocks. I appreciate him to show his interests to solve the issue with deep understanding and analysis . I wish Anna to be part of Policy makers committee or such entities. You're right sir at the same time those who are conducting online webinar or Offline webinar right now by payable F&O classes, they must be registered under SEBI and have some certification, otherwise SEBI should take action. Many of persons now conduction classes without any proper rules and regulation or not getting any approval from SEBI especially at F&O. In addition, if they collecting some fees from people that consultancy will have to pay 50% of the fees to SEBI.

Good idea. More Companies are to be added to index, say 200 or 500, so that manipulation is reduced. If someone is not share holder of the company why should he bother price goes down. So selling should not be allowed when he is not having share in his account. But who will listen?
