Coat your dates with flour prior to adding to the mix and they won't sink to the bottom, hope this helps!

Hey Radhi, Really like your recipes! Just one request, sometimes the ingredients you use in the recipes are quite expensive and also have limited use otherwise in our regular cooking! Eg: White Miso in the pasta recipie, and this Insta fuel chai spice.. It would be really helpful if you could suggest cheaper, more easily available alternatives for these unique ingredients! you could mention even vegetarian alternatives if not vegan Lots of love

So, I am finding it extremely difficult to understand the vegan replacements. I immediately jumped from being a non-vegetarian to a vegan and then I ended up falling sick because I was just clueless as to what to eat instead of fish, chicken, etc. So I am currently a vegetarian but doing my research on veganism. I cannot understand when people say, have one serving of tofu, two servings of something else. What does one serving mean? For instance, I used to eat fish 3 times a day so what is the replacement for the nutrition I used to get from that? I am clueless and don't even know what I should be eating anymore.
