Banana bread can be healthy AND delicious too! Just a few tweaks makes this banana bread still yummy and good enough to eat for breakfast :)
Ingredients:
2 Bananas
2T oil like avocado, veggie, or canola oil
1-2tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup water, add more if the batter is too thick
1/3 cup sugar
1+1/3 cup white whole wheat flour
3 scoops protein powder to equal 30g protein
2 scoops fiber powder to equal 15-18g fiber (like benefiber or optifiber)
2tsp baking powder
sprinkle cinnamon and salt to taste
Bake at 350F for 30minutes!!
