Banana Bread ~ GLUTEN FREE

This moist and flavorful delight is the perfect way to use up ripe bananas and satisfy your sweet tooth without having to worry about the gluten!
Please check the ingredients you're using, there are regular and gluten free versions of these! I have the gluten free ingredients on my website: firefoodpro.com for reference.
Wet Ingredients:
2 Bananas
2 Eggs
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Stick Softened Butter
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup Milk
Half Squeezed Orange
Dry Ingredients:
2 Cups Flour - Bob’s Red Mill Baking Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Chocolate Chips - Topping
Powdered Sugar - Topping
Directions:
In a bowl put in the bananas and mash, combine with the rest of the wet ingredients then microwave for 30 seconds and set aside
Pre-heat oven to 350°
In another bowl combine the dry ingredients then slowly mix in with the wet ingredients until it turns into a dough/batter
Add in chocolate chips and put into a loaf pan
Bake in the oven for 1 hour then let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing
