Ingredients:
2-3 soft bananas
1 cup sugar
1 and half cup flour
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Any nuts of your choice
Method:
Mash the bananas in a bowl until there are no lumps left. Now add sugar, eggs and butter to it and mix it thoroughly until you get a smooth consistency. Gradually add flour to the mixture until well combined. Now add baking soda, salt and vanilla extract to the batte. Add any nuts of your choice and give it a final mix.
Take a baking tray and put some oil in it before adding a parchment paper. Now put the batter in the tray and garnish with remaining nuts on the top.
Pre heat the oven at 180 degree Celsius and bake it for 35-40 minutes Place the tray on the central rack of the oven. You can check if it’s done by putting a toothpick in the centre of the bread. Once done, the toothpick will come out dry.
For better results let the bread cool down for 10-15 minutes before cutting it into pieces.
Serve with tea and enjoy your delicious bread!!
