3/4 cup dark sugar or dark
mascovado
2 pcs. whole eggs room temp.
500 grams peeled overripe banana
2 cups All purpose flour
2 tsp.b.powder
2 tsp.b. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup heavy cream / all purpose
cream
2 tsp. white vinegar
1 cup wallnut
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup choc chips
baking pan size : 9 X 5 X 3 inches
baking time :180 C° 45 to 50 mins.
