Banana Cake 香蕉蛋糕 | 下午茶时间再来杯黑咖啡不得了 | Mr. Hong Kitchen

大家好 我是阿鸿 平时比较少做烘培的 又想吃香蕉蛋糕wor 哈哈 不是最好 但还满意 多多指教 希望大家会喜欢
Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Banana 4pcs, smashed to purée
2. Oil 100g
3. Eggs 3pcs
4. Sugar 100g
5. Flour 100g
6. Baking powder 1tsp
Seasoning
1. Salt 1/2tsp
Method
1. Combine the banana purée with salt. Add in oil, sift in flour and baking powder. Combine well and set aside
2. Combine the eggs and sugar (in 3 portions). Whisk till mixture turns lightly white.
3. Combine 1 & 2 together. Transfer into the baking tray.
4. Preheat the oven to 170deg
5. Bake for 35-40min
6. Serve and enjoy! 💕

Always love banana cakes! Which type of banana is best? And I noticed if you roast the fresh banana in the oven for 5-10mins it kind of caramelizes and the cake becomes brownish and more tasty!
