I used the same size baking pan, baked at 360 F ( in US) , 30 minutes was not quite enough, so I added 10 more minutes, and it was perfect! I’ve tried so many different Banana bread recipes, but I think I like yours the best, it was light and tender, not too sweet, also not a big quantity… Thank you! 🙏🏻😋 By the way, I’ve been watching your videos for the last two years,and made several dishes successfully, I love the fact that your instructions are very detail and thoughtful, and the recipes are mostly enough for two ! I don’t add sugar since bananas are overripe and sweet already. The bread may not turn out to be fluffy for lacking much sugar. But it works for me since I like chewy breads😂
