I would go with a flesh tone but hopefully I won't have to wear any hosiery because I'd like to wear my silver pumps with a long dress/skirt or pants. To me the shoes feel better on my feet without slippery nylons, so if it's not too cold out, I go bare. Although the shimmery hosiery sounds like a great combination.
