BANANA SPONGE CAKE | Soft And Fluffy Banana Cake

Banana Sponge Cake involve the incorporation of whipped egg whites (meringue)... and folding this into the batter allows an extra boost of fluffiness in the cake.
Ingredients:
1 cup banana puree
3 large eggyolks
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup veg oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup ap flour
3 large eggwhites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
