Oh, she takes good care of her throat now! WORLD DOMINATION album was made just after Saiki had her surgery, and her voice was back to normal-and even more powerful than before! And she knew by then that she has to preserve it in good shape. Hence those breaks during OKYUJIs, which people call "Saiki's pee break." I think she probably goes to the back room and drinks some tea there, or sprays some oil into her throat to soften it. After four years, her voice is not showing any signs of deterioration. On the contrary, it gets more powerful with each passing year. I think, in this way she'll keep her voice strong until she's 70 years old 🥰🤘💥
