People claim they would be bigger if they changed to English. But they stay true to themselves ❤

You said they keep getting better. You're right. Whenever you listen to another song, it just keeps getting better, no matter what order you listen to them.

"PO" is what Miku Kobato (rhythm guitar/support vocal/lyricist/red rose/band founder) uses at the end of every sentence. So, we Maidiacs often use "PO" at the end of our sentences, PO!🕊💕

@@ErenNeverBloom It's the Japanese equivalent to 'coo' as the sound of a pigeon and the lengthier version is 'karuppo'. Miku Kobato's character is a small (810 year old) pigeon, kobato = small pigeon/dove
@skrrytch19 сағат бұрын
@@dazedandconfused318as far as I know the Kanji character used for Kobato can also be read 'hato' and that means pigeon/dove. That's also the reason why her 'Cluppo' album is called "hatoful" ... a play with words.

Band-Maid fans are very loyal to our favorite band and we love it when KZbin reactors hear their music for the first time and get as excited about it as we are. As a suggestion for another Band-maid song with those strong Motorhead and Linkin Park vibes, "Clang", the official live video. It's another driving hard rock song by Band-Maid. One of the best things about Band-Maid is their incorporating heavy bass in their music. It helps that they have one of the best rock bassist on the planet in the band.

I think you'll find that if you already like what you see and hear, that nothing Band-Maid does will disappoint you. Virtually every song is amazing in one way or another, and they are genuinely good people who love making music together, and all have their interesting quirks (some more than others, Po!)

Great reaction and there's not a bad Band-Maid song, especially when played live. Band-Maid decided a long time ago that the bassist (MISA) was someone special and that's way you can hear her in every song, she pretty much writes her own parts and play's lead bass.

Welcome to the world of BAND-MAID. I really enjoyed your reaction, thank you. My guess is you'll need tissues after hearing their ballads. For example, “Day Dreaming” and “About Us”
@skrrytch23 сағат бұрын
I think you are ready for (1) a ballad, (2) an acoustic performance and (3) manners/blackhole live. For a ballad try "memorable" from their recent album. For acoustic I recommend Sayonakidori (you may do a double feature including the live performance of that song, too) and then there is "Manners / Blackhole" ❤🫣😅

If you want to know what "PO" means.... or anything else about the band...... you REALLY need to watch the Ohrenje documentaries. They are professionally narrated by Maidiac UncleSpooky (AKA Kasper Michaels). When you are done watching the documentaries, you will know 95% of what there is to know about the band and you will love these girls even more.

Well, now you have 200 Subs. They have Thanksgiving in Australia? 'Don't Let Me Down' is an different song, and frankly, it's really dirty. Surprisingly entirely in English. Since, they didn't write it you would think maybe they didn't know what all the words meant. But no, they did. Of course they were under contract, and it was early in their career when they were trying to get more attention. MISA and Miku have crazy old man senses of humor. If you really want to get into BAND-MAID watch the Documentary Series by Ohrenji. There's one video for each of them and three for founder Miku.
