Silver wings are worn by musicians of the band of the Honourable Artillery Company who wear a similar uniform to that of the Grenadier Guards (with no plume worn in the bearskin cap). As a suggestion, the cornet player may have been a member of the HAC on loan to the Grenadier Guards band on this occasion. The Band of the HAC is classed as a 'State Band'.

they're called bearskins and i reckon you can buy ones on the internet, though not the same bearskin as the soldiers'

@@user-df9dh4cs7c the drum major in the beginning of the video is from the Scots Guards hence the buttons on his tunic are in threes plus he has no plume in his Bearskin. However in the second half of the clip you see the same Band but different Drum Major. I am correct.

i think some and some eg steven staite has invented those but other drum majors use passed down ones

"In the escort" it is a command given by the CSM so the escort, the two Lance corporal's in the front will mark time in the gate and get to the side of the Company Sergeant Major (CSM).
