Chris, hello! My man, I started last week with the banded rdl approach and used a 40 lb band with 225 for 8 reps. This week, I was curious how the 60 lb band feels like, and I dropped the weight from 225 to 135 for 10 reps. I was very humbled how a 20 lb increase in the band can do. However, the tension is crazy good, and I loved the pump in my hamstring/glutes. Would you recommend I just stay with the 40 lb or 60 lb band and progress with weight on the barbell from there?

Hi chris, can u make a comprehensive video about low back pain. I started dreading any bending exercises eg deadlift squats, rows, ever since i experienced low back pain. The pain stopped when i stopped bending exercises. But i wanna lift heavy again. Im fat and rarely workout my core, should i focus on core first? Thanks much

Hi. I can recommend a book by Dr. Stuart McGill - Back Mechanic. It gives step by step guidance to diagnosing most common low back pain triggers and explains what to do to avoid them in the future. This is usually not a 5 minute fix and it pays to understand what is going on in more depth. Of course, seeing a good specialist would probably not hurt either. :)
