@leepunchard4348. My daughter and l introduced each other to dozens of bands. I introduced her to prog rock bands from the early 70’s. Also, rock, jazz, blues and opera. She introduced me to tons of indie bands. Band of Horses and Fleet Foxes are two of them. We both adored their music. We got really lucky. My daughter found out about Lollapalooza and came running downstairs to tell me, all excited. We bought the tickets booked a flight, got a fantastic deal on a hotel and spent 10 days in Chicago, 3 at the festival. We were the first of a few people waiting for our first band to come on. We stood in the pouring rain wearing dollar store raincoats, for over an hour, waiting for Fleet Foxes. It was so worth it and it stopped raining and we had sunshine the whole trip. We saw so many of our favourite bands, including Band Of Horses, the nicest guys. We saw Bat For Lashes, Chair Lift, Deadmaus, Passion Pit, Vampire Weekend and so on. It was one of the coolest times of my life with my young daughter. Cheers to you! From Ontario, Canada.

I was the assistant mix engineer on their Live at Park Avenue recording. Incredible show. Unfortunatey, like 80% of most records, it never saw the light of day due to the labels bean counters. So sad such a great show will never be heard due to corporate bullshit.
