I just got these EX bad boys and already own the EQ. And I have to say.. these sound INCREDIBLY INSANE 😱 not only is it louder, but the bass is brutal and soundstage is so much deeper and fuller!! Comfort is far superior to the EQ. So light that I can’t even feel them in my ears. I was just jogging around and no signs of movement whatsoever! The pictures don’t do justice, because these look STUNNING in real life 🔥

9:48 does it mean, that you hear noise in single usage mode? I had the Bose QCII and it was terrible noisy, cause in single usage it didnt react to any mode change. so it was not possible to switch to silent mode. Lying on bed hearing an audiobook with one ear was not possible, cause i lay down on 1 side and need 1 ear free for the pillow.

Beocom EX is set up for teleconferencing and hybrid work. I wouldn't buy those unless that's the intended purpose.

I got my Beoplay EX a few weeks ago and love how they fit and sound! The only concern is the wear sensor; each earphone is equipped with a wear sensor and automatically cuts its power when removed, "without pausing music playback"; I thought the music should pause when removing them. I'll appreciate your feedback.

One of the important things to me is that if you can control pause, next song and previous song on one ear piece at a time. I usually use truly wireless ear pieces with one ear while I am out and about. A deal breaker is if you cannot fully control the playback on one ear. Thanks for the review! Love your channel man. The price is just too high and I would've had to pay an additional 72 bucks to get it past customs in Colombia. No sale. You can never go wrong with this EX. The best sounding wireless earbuds I ever own. With EQ setting in R&B(spotify or apple music apps preset equalizer) n combine with setting the wheel knob equalizer in B&O apps,to the middle,in between 'warm' n 'energetic'(really like the B&O apps equalizer knob setting),then you'll be immerse in another world.

Best out right now! I’ve been using it for a week and love them! The single tap and multipoint is necessary for me with my fold 3 and iPhone 13 pro. The only problem I have is they don’t have the ear detection to stop the music when you take one out. Also between the Eq and the ex the charging light on the ex blink and the Eq is more like gradients effect that I like more and looks less cheap! I hope in the future b&o makes the anc more powerful like Sony and customizable touches! The anc is not the greatest but better than the oneplus buds too.

The best sounding tws I have heard to date are the Astell&Kern UW100, next the Phillips Fidelio T1, 3rd the Technics AZ-60 and 4th the Noble Fokus Pro and 5th the Liberty Pro 3.

Big facts. B&O truly rides on the strength of their name and not what their earbuds bring to the table. I think it is hard for any earbud to live up to a 400 dollar price tag. At that price the sound should be levels above all others and features should be maxed out. B&O never manages to achieve either...

After my experience with the EQ i'm not taking a chance on these. Beo seems to engineer the highs well but they don't have any control on the sibilance on them. Almost sizzle like and thsts with eq to neutral. I even tried bass all the way and they're still there. I think the TW3 are going to satisfy majority of people. I'm coming from some jabra elite 75s which I love and i go thee tw 3 mainly to get some louder buds. im in for a treat now.

I'm watching this with my Soundcore L3P. I had the Sennheiser Momentum TW3 but had to say goodbye too soon after the left earbud stopped working (an issue encountered by many). In my opinion, the Sennheisers sound a little bit better than the Soundcore. I wonder where you would place the Sennheisers in your sound quality and overall rankings.

Every time I charge the headphones to 100% and take them out out of the case, the battery charge indicator for the right ear-tip falls straight to 94-95%. For the left ear-tip the app states 99%. This happens within 10 seconds. Do you also observe this behaviour with your EX?

I like the SOny, Except that the sound transparency mode ONLY being able to be turned on from the App annoysme, and it turns off after 15-20 minutes even while talking. Yes, there is the "talk feature" but it is kinda random in my experience, where it will pick up my voice, but sometimes, in a car, I'll pick up others, and it will turn off if I don't say anything for a bit, so if I was listening to somebody for a while, it will go to sound cancellation while im in a conversation. BUt not being able to turn it on from the earbud itself is why I'm looking at these, or the sennheiser Momentum.

Nah. The time to drop a review on the EQ has passed. I'm too busy with all the new products dropping right now. But I can tell you I prefer the EX over the EQ. Improved sound and far more comfortable to wear. Those two things alone make the EX a worthy upgrade.

No clue. But enough people complained about the lack of ANC/Ambient in single use that Soundcore enabled this feature vie F/W update on their Liberty 3 Pro. This feature is already available on the Apple AirPods Pro and Technics AZ60 as well. While you or I may not see much use for it, there are edge cases where people need this. This is why I bring it up.

How would you compare these to the new Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3? I’m starting to gather that these have better sound quality than the Sennheiser? I’m wondering if the sound quality is superior enough to the Sennheiser to justify the massive price difference.

I just got a pair. Some weird noise in L bud when ANC is on and NO bass im either bud. Going to return just because of the static but think i won't get again if they really have no bass like that.

I never experienced that with mine. But if you are worried, it might be better to go with a different brand. Sennheiser, Denon, and Technics have great alternatives.

Have you compared to the eq? I have both and seems to be similar , but neutral sound profile sounds bad to me on the ex Vs the eq

Yes. I have both and I prefer the EX over the EQ. Both for sound quality and the improved comfort.

@@ELJefeReviews agree .. I think the EX sound better with noise cancelling on, but the EQ sound better with noise cancelling off. EX oddly seem to completely kill the bass in the neutral (NC off) profile. EX Definitly much more comfortable 👍

@@edwardmcardle most buds tend to boost the lower frequencies with anc on in an effort to cancel out external lower frequencies. You could increase the bass in the app when using anc off to make it sound how you like.

No. This is also why I never compare IEMs to TWS. Variations + TWS adapters win. Easily.

Vs Beoplay EQ: The sound is very similar. The mics and comfort are better on the EX. Vs PI7: It's an easy win for B&O. Both the EQ and EX have better sound and better mics.

How are the silicone tips on the EX? are the complys a must? Never have tried the complys but I read that they tend to breakdown after a month of use

1. The silicone tips are great. They seal up and grip nicely. 2. Not a "must". They boost the ANC by adding more isolation. But I wouldn't use them daily.
