Bangalore to Kerala Roadtrip with XUV700|Ep-1

Hello Viewers,
It was time for another vacation and another trip on our xuv700. This time we headed down south to Kerala. Presenting episode 1 of a multi series road trip from Bangalore to Kerala covering almost 2000kms roundtrip. This episode takes us from Bangalore to Alleppy on day 1, a distance of about 500kms. We chose to take the Hosur road (NH44) towards Salem and then onwards to Thissur and Alleppy. The road conditions were fantastic with a well paved highway all throughout however, the precarious truck traffic on this rout was nothing short of frustration. All in all, it took us almost 12 hours to complete this stretch. I have shared the complete route details below. This route will make sure atleast you get well tarred road throughout. The other thing which needs to be well taken care of is the heat you will face enroute. Tamilnadu stretch can be really painful w.r.t heat it has to offer. When you enter Kochi, you will find hell lot of traffic as the highway passes through the middle of the city.

Can anyone suggest best route from Bangalore to Alleppey avoiding ghat sections

You need to cross the ghats brother. There is no shortcut to that. Unless you are willing to travel completely down south and then detour from there. Still also, there will be ghats. If you are concerned about motion sickness, then just take it slow on the curves. And have avomin tab before climbing on to ghats. This would avoid nausea to some extent making your journey comfortable.
