Master rules and am happy to see Blayne + BangerTV give them props and review the new album! I discovered Master via 'The Human Machine' album and have listened to and liked pretty much everything in their catalog. 'Faith Is In Season' is also one of my favorites that I'd recommend people check out. Glad to hear the new album is strong. I just ordered the vinyl and look forward to listening!

I first read about Master when in a Polish edition of Metal Hammer there was a review of Faith is in Season, written in a form of... a poem. It was 1998. Hard to forget something like that.

I love that Upon Stone and Sovereign got shouts. Also, per metal monthly I found Kontact to be a very enjoyable listen! Blayne, you're making my wallet a lot lighter, but I'm thankful for it!

Speaking of unsung legends of death thrash you guys should review Pentagram (chile) new album that comes out in April 26, it's called Eternal Life of Madness. It may be too early but these guys are legends of 80s extreme thrash that deserve way more recognition imo. Master sounds awesome, glad they're still making music.

Man, they just can’t miss. I love all the Master albums. I go back to Slaves To Society as my personal favorite, but I think this new one is top 3 or 4 from their catalog. Always a bit perplexing to get my (probable) favorite album of the year in January, but can’t say I’m either surprised nor complaining. The new Ulcerate is a strong second 😊

the album was pretty good! it feels like it's very 50/50 on whether old school thrash bands release new albums that hold up to their older releases, but this was pretty solid! only thing i can really knock on is the vocals, but even then they work. not bad at all!

There's a bit of that snotty punk vibe in the vocals compels me to buy their records while keeping others away. The new record also puts me in a good mood despite the brutal cover art. Fun review.
